We can prioritize the following methods to check the problem of high car beams and low beams.
·Step 1: First, we can check whether the high and low beam light bulbs are in good condition. Or whether the positive and negative poles of the xenon lamp driver are plugged in reverse. If you find that the high beam bulb has burned out, you need to replace the standard parameter bulb recommended by Vland. Tell the customer service staff about the details of the high and low beam bulbs. The service staff will judge what parameters of bulbs are needed.
·Step 2: If the high and low beam bulbs (not LED type) are normal, we need to check whether the high and low beam bulb plugs are plugged in or the positive and negative poles of the driver are correct. If the plug and driver are not plugged correctly, you can reconnect the plug to the correct position.
·Step 3: If the high and low beam bulbs (not LED type) and plugs are normal, we can use an external 12V power supply to test whether the high and low light contact pins can be bright according to the function diagram. When the light is not bright, it may be that the internal circuit of the headlight is poorly connected, or there is a problem with other xenon lamp driving components.
We can also direct feedback on the specific situation of the car’s high and low beam to the customer service.
